NOTICE OF FILING AFFIDAVITS OF CANDIDACY FOR CITY ELECTION, PUBLIC TESTING VOTING EQUIPMENT, STATE PRIMARY NOTICE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer of St. Bonifacius will accept filings of Affidavit of Candidacy and the $2.00 fee at the City Office, 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive, St. Bonifacius, Minnesota for the following elective officers for the City Council of St. Bonifacius, Hennepin County, Minnesota:

      Mayor for a two (2) year term commencing January 4, 2027

      Two (2) Council members, each for a four (4) year term commencing January 4, 2027

      The first day of filing candidacy is Tuesday, July 14, 2026

      The last day of filing such affidavit is Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

      Voting equipment to be used at the Primary Election will be tested on August 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.  Public is invited to attend.

      The State Primary Election will be held on August 11, 2026. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for voting.
